Quotes and site surveys
Every quotation follows a site survey and is provided in writing, without obligation. A quotation is valid for 30 days unless it states otherwise, and covers the areas, tasks and frequencies listed in the accompanying specification.
Contracts
Contract cleaning is carried out to the agreed specification and schedule. Changes to the specification, the schedule or the premises are agreed in writing, normally at the monthly client meeting, and the price is adjusted accordingly.
Workmanship
Work is carried out with reasonable skill and care by our own directly employed staff, trained per site and to COSHH regulations, and in line with our audited health and safety procedures, which are available for inspection on request.
