Office Cleaning · Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire
Regular office cleaning for businesses across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, worked out of hours by uniformed cleaners who live near your building and are employed directly by us.

The service
An office is judged by the people who walk in each morning: bins emptied, desks wiped, keyboards and telephones sanitised, kitchen cleared, washrooms restocked. Olivers has run that routine for seventy years. Your cleaner lives nearby, wears our uniform and is our employee, and the programme is shaped to your working pattern and budget.

01
Office cleaning is a fixed routine with a named cleaner or team. Each visit covers bins and recycling, desks and meeting tables, telephones and keyboards, kitchen surfaces and microwave, washroom restocking, vacuuming and mopping. Entrance glass and reception counters are done every time, and the cleaner signs a sheet on site before leaving.

02
The specification is written with you. The daily routine sits under a periodic layer: Prochem carpet extraction, internal glass partitions, kitchen and washroom deep cleans, and corridor floor buffing. Soap, paper towels, toilet rolls and bin liners can be added so your office manager never runs out. Anything you handle yourselves stays off.

03
Nearly all office work happens when the floor is empty. Evening cleans start after the last person leaves, early cleans finish before the first arrives, and some buildings are done overnight. Empty desks mean screens and keyboards can be cleaned properly. Keys or fobs are signed for and alarm codes held under our site rules.

04
The office programme is a written specification and schedule agreed before the first shift, then reviewed at a monthly meeting where standards are audited. If headcount changes or a new kitchen goes in, the specification changes too. Where budget is tight, we agree which tasks move to weekly so washrooms and entrances stay on every visit.

05
Every cleaner in your office is recruited, trained and employed by Olivers; we use no agency labour. Each is uniformed, COSHH-trained and shown your site before working alone. Health and safety is audited annually by National Britannia under SAFEcontractor, the audited procedures are open to your inspection, and our Employers Liability Insurance certificate is available on request.

06
Office contracts run across Hemel Hempstead, St Albans, Watford, Berkhamsted, Tring, Harpenden, Hatfield and Welwyn Garden City, and Leighton Buzzard, Dunstable and Luton, with Aylesbury covered too. For each office we recruit a cleaner who lives close by, so the journey is short and the same person stays on the rota.

07
An office cleaned by whoever leaves last soon has neglected washrooms and an overflowing kitchen bin. A contracted programme puts the job on a schedule with a named cleaner, proper equipment, COSHH-handled products and a signed sheet each visit, plus a monthly meeting to hold us to account. We don't cut corners, we clean them.

Good to know
We visit and look at the floor area, desks, kitchens, washrooms, floor finishes and when access is possible, then agree how often each area is done. The quote is built on that specification and shaped to the budget you give us.
Yes, and most of our office work happens then. Evening cleans begin once your last person leaves, early-morning cleans finish before your first arrives, and a few buildings are done overnight. Shift times can be moved at the monthly meeting if your pattern changes.
Every cleaner is our own employee, uniformed, COSHH-trained and inducted on your site before working alone. We never use agency staff. SAFEcontractor accreditation is audited annually by National Britannia, the audited procedures are open to your inspection, and our Employers Liability Insurance certificate is shown on request.
We are a contract cleaner, so periodic work usually sits inside or alongside a contract: carpet extraction, hard-floor strip and seal, or high-level cleaning. If you have a single job in mind, ask and we will say whether it fits how we work.
Once the specification is agreed we assign or recruit a cleaner who lives near your office, complete their site training and confirm keys, alarm codes and shift times with you. The start date follows once that cleaner is in place.
Yes. Screens, keyboards and telephones are wiped and sanitised with suitable products; cables and server cabinets are left alone unless the specification says otherwise. Rooms you want kept off the round, such as a comms room, are marked on the site plan and covered at induction.
