Daily, weekly or out-of-hours office cleaning to a programme built around your building and your budget, by cleaners who live locally and stay on your site.

Commercial Cleaning · Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire
Contract cleaning for offices, schools, surgeries and other business premises across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, run to an agreed specification by our own uniformed employees.

The service
Every Olivers contract starts with a written specification: each area of your premises, what is cleaned there and how often. Our own uniformed employees work to it, using products and equipment we supply, and standards are checked with you at a monthly meeting. The Oliver family has run contracts this way for seventy years.

01
Commercial cleaning here means a regular programme for business premises, run daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or as a bespoke mix. It is written as a schedule that both sides sign off, naming rooms, tasks and frequency. We supply and maintain every product, cloth, mop and machine, so your staff never buy or store cleaning stock.

02
Offices form a large share of the contract work, from single-floor suites to multi-tenant blocks with shared lobbies and lifts. A typical programme covers desks, screens, bins, kitchens, washrooms, entrance glass and floors. Periodic tasks such as high dusting or carpet extraction are placed on the schedule at agreed intervals.

03
Some work needs different machines and a different crew. Worn hard floors are stripped, sealed and polished. Theatres, sports halls and stairwells get high-level cleaning, and car parks and paving are pressure cleaned, all under the same site rules and the same written specification as the daily round.

04
Most contracts run outside your working day: evenings once the building empties, early mornings before the first arrival, and nights on some sites. Because our cleaners live near the sites they serve, the same faces turn up week after week. Keyholding, alarm codes and the lock-up routine are written into the site file.

05
Seventy years of contract work has built a varied commercial client base. Dental practices need surgeries cleaned around their own infection-control routine. Pubs and restaurants want front of house done before opening. Schools and nurseries are cleaned through term and holidays, and nursing homes need quiet, steady staff. Each gets its own specification.

06
Every cleaner is a direct employee, uniformed and trained on site and to COSHH before working alone. We are SAFEcontractor accredited, audited annually by National Britannia. Safety rules, PPE, accident reporting and electrical inspection records are open to your inspection, and our Employers Liability Insurance certificate is shown on request.

We walk the premises with you, noting floor areas, rooms, washrooms, kitchens and floor finishes, and agree how often each area is done and when access is possible. That becomes the specification and schedule, and the quote is built on them rather than on a floor plan alone.
Whatever the specification lists, agreed with you. Most programmes cover desks, screens, telephones and keyboards, bins, kitchens, washrooms, entrance glass, vacuuming and hard-floor mopping. High dusting, upholstery and carpet extraction are added at intervals that suit the building.
Every cleaner is our own employee, uniformed and trained on your site and to COSHH. We do not use agency labour. Our Employers Liability Insurance certificate is shown on request, and our health and safety procedures are audited annually by National Britannia under SAFEcontractor accreditation.
Yes. Most contracts are worked in the evening or early morning, and some sites at night. Shift times, keyholding and alarm arrangements are agreed at the start, and because our cleaners live near each site those times are easy to keep.
Cover comes from our own workforce, so the stand-in has had the same site training and works to the same specification. Holidays are planned ahead and noted at the monthly meeting; sickness is covered by a trained colleague from a nearby site.
Business premises only: offices and office blocks, dental practices, schools, nurseries, pubs, restaurants, nursing homes and golf clubs across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Each has its own written specification, with specialist work such as hard-floor sealing or high-level cleaning fitted around the contract.
