Window cleaning is where the firm began, seventy years ago in Hemel Hempstead. Today it is done two ways: conventional ladder work, and the Reach and Wash water-fed pole system for higher glass and awkward access. The method and the frequency are agreed for each building before the first visit.

Do you offer out-of-hours cleaning?
Yes. Most contract cleaning runs before or after the working day, and carpet and floor work is scheduled for evenings, weekends or overnight so the premises stay open.
What is included in a standard office clean?
Whatever the written specification says. Typically desks and surfaces, telephones and keyboards sanitised, washrooms, kitchens, floors and bins, with periodic tasks such as carpets and internal glass on their own frequency.
Are your cleaners employed or agency staff?
Employed. Every cleaner is our own employee, uniformed, trained per site and to COSHH regulations. We do not use agency labour.
Is there a minimum contract length?
Contracts are agreed per site on monthly, quarterly or bespoke programmes. One-off work such as a carpet clean is arranged on its own.
How does a quote work?
