Specialist Cleaning

This is an area of cleaning which supports the services Oliver’s provide to our customers which are and can be provided as individual tasks.

• Floor Treatment and Maintenance; a service we regularly carry out is to restore hard floor surfaces; firstly we strip and remove any current polish by machine and chemicals then redress the surface with a seal, polish and a top coat.

This process can be applied to nearly all surfaces which will rejuvenate a tired and dirty floor to its former glory and also ensures easy maintenance.

• Builders Clean; a process that is always necessary prior to fitting out any site which would be followed up by a final clean before an opening to the public or employees.

• Pressure Cleaning; will transform a car park, exterior hard surface or paving to its natural colour with a clean finish.

• Kitchen Clean; we offer a deep clean to commercial companies requiring a more thorough clean.  This service can be carried out at regular intervals, supporting the more general daily clean or can be used on an ad-hoc basis.

• High Level; we are able to access areas which are out of reach from daily cleaning , removing dust and web build ups from areas such as theatre’s, sports halls and stairs.
